We have many out of town customers so we have no timeline on returns/ exchanges. The products must be returned in original condition with a proof of purchase and the original product tag attached.

You are also welcome to ship your item back to the shop. We do not cover the cost of mailing the item back to us, however if you are doing an exchange you will not be charged shipping on the new item.
